Upcoming Scheduled Innoviss/MSM IT System Maintenance and Upgrades

For the next 5 weeks Innoviss/MSM will be conducting routine maintenance and a number of upgrades

to our IT system to meet the new government mandated requirements.These scheduled upgrades

could cause temporary outages and we want everyone to be able to plan accordingly.

The windows will be of varying length every Tuesday and Thursday starting at 5:00 PM EST

starting February 2nd. During these windows different systems/portals/servers

might not be available.


Tuesday: 5:00 PM - EST 11:00 PM EST

Thursday: 5:00 PM EST - Friday 6:00 AM EST
